This Privacy Policy explains how M Century ("we", "us") — operating this independent property marketing and enquiry page for Myra Embun Residences, Jenderam — collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and phone number;
• Your preferred unit type and any message you provide;
• The page URL and marketing campaign tracking details (e.g. UTM parameters);
• Basic technical data such as your browser/user-agent string.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about the property via WhatsApp, phone, email, or SMS;
• To keep a record of enquiries and measure the performance of our advertising;
• To send you property information and updates you have requested.

3. Advertising & analytics

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and may use related Google analytics cookies to measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies or process device identifiers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.

This site also uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). The pixel records page views and enquiry actions — clicking a WhatsApp button or submitting the enquiry form — so we can measure and improve our advertising, and so Meta can show our ads to people likely to be interested in this property. It may set cookies and process device identifiers.

The pixel's advanced matching feature is enabled. When you submit the enquiry form, the details you enter — such as your name and phone number — are converted into an irreversible scrambled form (a hash) on your device before being sent to Meta, so that Meta can match the enquiry to a Meta account. We do not send Meta your details in readable form. See Meta's Privacy Policy and your Meta ad settings, where you can control how your information is used for ads.

If you would prefer this not to happen, do not submit the enquiry form — contact us directly by phone or email instead, using the details in section 7.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your enquiry details are not displayed publicly. We may share information with the developer or appointed sales representative where needed to process your enquiry, and with service providers that help us operate this page — including Google and Meta for the advertising measurement described in section 3.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to follow up and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
